This character concept is currently in development for a top-down game prototype (vertical slice) we're working on. The workflow involves using Maya for the initial modeling, ZBrush for sculpting details, Adobe Painter and Quixel Mixer for texturing, Character Creator 4 for character setup, and finally, Unreal Engine for integration and rendering.
